Q: iPhone: I purchased a tribe but now it is locked.
A:
If you purchased in APP STORE: Try the following:
1. On iOS just tap the “restore purchases” link at the bottom of the tribe picker screen.
2. Make sure you logged in with the same Apple ID as on your Apple purchase receipt for the tribe.
Q: Android: I purchased a tribe but now I can’t play with it!
A:
If you purchased in Google Play: Try the following:
They should restore themselves if you are online when entering the tribe picker screen. If not, try this.
1. Restart you app and wait a minute or two before entering the tribe picker screen.
2. Make sure you logged in with the same Google Account as on your Google purchase receipt for the tribe.

Q: Can I transfer my player data from an iOS to an Android phone?
A:
It is not possible at the moment. You are logged in using either Game Center on iOS or Google Play Games on Android so they are completely separate identities.

Q: Why do I have to pay for some of the tribes?
A:
We have chosen to create a game that is free from ads. This means that we need to have in-app purchases so we can keep developing the game. And, everything you buy in Polytopia you get to keep forever. (As long as you are using the same account)
Q: Do I get an advantage over opponents if I pay for a tribe?
A:
There is no pay to win in Polytopia. All different tribes have different strengths and weaknesses and do not give a player any competitive advantage. Each tribe provides you with a new gaming experience and will require you to alter your tactics. It’s pure strategy gameplay that gets you the win!
Q: Why does the AI in the game sometimes behave irrationally?

We are continuously collecting data and feedback so we can improve the AI in order to create the best possible gaming experience.
